it is finished

After 21 years of school, today marks my official last day as a student. Tomorrow is graduation day, not that I'm walking or anything. Instead of walking across the stage for my 2 seconds of recognition, I'm going to drive back to South Dakota. Since I walked for the first 2 degrees, I don't feel any need to walk for this one. With my BS & MA in English, I felt that I had really earned those degrees and that I had learned so much for them. I don't have that same feeling with this one. That said, the MLS did exactly what I had wanted it to do - enable me to get a job. The job is a reward in and of itself.
