poorly planned kitchen
I think my kitchen was designed by a tall man. The bottom edge of the kitchen cabinet doors comes to the middle of my forehead, and there are only two 9-inch drawers in the entire kitchen. That's not near enough drawer space, and I swear that one of these days when I'm wearing heels, I'm going to poke my eye out while opening the cupboard door.

When my parents were planning to move to South Dakota and build a new home, we looked through MANY books of house plans. We found that most kitchens were afterthoughts, and yes, they were probably planned by a man. :)
