keeping my fingers crossed
I was hoping, really hoping, for a late start today. No such luck. There was no ice as predicted, so classes were held as usual. However, they're closing the university at 4 p.m. this afternoon because of the weather, which gives me hope for a snow day (or at least a late start) tomorrow :)

WE had a late start today. I was kind of hoping for a snow day. But that's only good for people who don't have to work outside.

Turns out they don't close hospitals for weather related issues! In fact if we tried to call in -they sent people out in 4x4s to pick us UP!!
Makes me question my choice of profession... unbelievable.
